Material Composition:


Two-Layered Acrylic Base: The core of these laminate sheets is a robust acrylic base. This provides a strong and stable foundation for the two distinct layers.
Permanent Matt Surface: The top layer features a timeless, permanent matt surface. This finish is not only aesthetically pleasing but also contributes to the material's durability, making it resistant to wear and tear in demanding environments.

Process Summary:

When using our 2 Ply Laminate for labels, you would typically select the desired colour and size of the laminate sheet. Then, using either a laser engraver (for optimal results) or a rotary engraver, your design (text, logos, serial numbers, etc.) would be precisely etched into the top layer of the material. The engraving process removes the top layer, revealing the contrasting colour of the bottom layer, creating a clear and permanent marking. The resulting label is then ready for application, offering a long-lasting and professional solution for identification in industrial environments.

Fixing Methods:

Fixing Holes: For applications requiring mechanical fastening, labels can be supplied with laser cut fixing holes. These holes are precisely positioned during the manufacturing process to ensure accuracy and consistency.

3M Double-Sided Tape (Expertly Applied): For a strong, clean, and efficient adhesive solution, our labels can be supplied with 3M double-sided tape, which is expertly applied to the back surface of the label.

This process results in a permanent mark that essentially alters the surface of the stainless steel.
